Bitcoin wallet with no webcam verification?

I am looking for a bitcoin wallet website that wont scam me obviously and wont need selfie or webcam photo of the id for the verification process. Basically for a bitcoin wallet that either doesnt reqiuire at all id or has the option to upload it normally via choosing file and not webcam, im talking about spending low amounts under 100$ to buy btc, any advice much appreciated. Note i can use cc to add funds just dont want to use the webcam option obviously intead i can upload the file normally from pc. Even if you know any program or app that does interfere with your webcam and poses a photo as live feed? That would work as well i think

I obviously did that and most of those so called "no veirification needed" do actually want me to upload documents via webcam, i was googling and reading artciles how to buy btc without docs and coinbase, coimama all those sites that they claim wont need verification under 100$ they actually do, so if anyone here know of any site with no verification via webcam let me know
 
Bitcoin wallets are not website and not requies any registration. I personally use Electrum - totally free

Never disclose your wallet private keys/ seed phrase on any site or online in general
 
Guys im not talking about trading bitcoin i just need to buy btc in order to pay somebody in btc and i never used it and i dont want to upload real id via webcam to coinmama or coinbase or any other btc wallet site, how do i proceed?

You have confused Ideas

To buy bitcoin you must:

1 -register to a trading platform to change your currency to bitcoin
2- withdraw your funds from the platform to your wallet which is a program installed in your computer

So to accomplish the first step if you don't want to register to a trading platform you should buy BTC from someone willing to do it and not from a trading platform

If you need wallet you can try exodus.io and you are looking to buy BTC without verification you can try your luck at localbitcoins or with high fees at paxful

I would highly recommend blockchain.info. You can store BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, and Dash. You can also buy currency. (Don't know if you can use CC). And you don't need to upload any ID.
