Beware never accept PayPal in Localbitcoin against your BTC .. Just Do not do this , You will regret later if you do trade in LBC for your btc to PayPal ; Just use official exchangers who are trusted .

I can't guarantee current human behavior , i only can guarantee for myself as a currency exchanger . I also do exchange in LBC and other forums like HF . But i did a lot of exchange with Rchange and i am VIP2 member in Rchange , also they are official exchangers of STP , PM , PAYZA , so basically i don't think they gonna scam you for your bitcoin but for your own safetly you can always test them by small exchange and grow after day by day when you gain your trust with them

Do yourself a favor and use Wirexapp.com or e-coin.io, Load money in a virtual debit card pay your seller on paypal using it, You risk doing it anyother way, besides wirexapp and e-coin, there are a lot of btc to virtual debit card services out there,
