Should we sell the bitcoin or hold it?

I am really very confused that should we sell or hold the bitcoin.
Will the overall value of bitcoin and bitcoin gold be equal to today's market value or not?
Is bitcoin gold better than bitcoin or not?
I have heard that mining of bitcoin gold is easier than Bitcoin.
So it is quite preferable for miners but this is not the only factor.
So pour you real advice and help me and other blackhat members to come out of this big confusion.

do you own any coin you can hold or what? And who are WE?

bitcoin gold is just another fork of the original and of course, it is obviously easier to mine a block when the chain is so young and fresh
 
I think that dump half and be a bear on the rest policy will work as Grinch said

If its a fork it will have same block height. I think people are saying it will be easier to mine because they are hoping for less competition?
 
take out all profit and keep only your base money unless it does not matter to you even if you lose
 
I think you should sell. It cant go higher at this moment
I am waiting for it to drop to 3-4k so I can buy some :D
 
Just wait until 1 bitcoin become 1 billion $, you may not see that happening in your lifetime bro.. or can you?
 
no can predict as i sold all when 1 btc was 200 ! my bad luck!

Yes to say it will be easier to mine is totally wrong. Look at what happened with bitcoin cash. It took a while for the difficulty to adjust down and during that time the chain damn near stalled meaning it took even longer. Only way it will be easier is if there are very few miners and if that happens it'll be dead in the water.
 
Sell and buy what? Fiat? Or altcoins? Which ones?

The market is moving sideways, indicating uncertainty, so there clearly isn't anyone who knows what to do. Wait for a push of some kind (news?) and then decide what to do. No rushing necessary or maybe decide upfront on a sell alert to limit loss. I'm waiting for my favorite youtubers to comment on which altcoins will go up after fork.
