Not sure also. Someone told me about it but refused to share what software it is, just said it generates Bitcoin Phases randomly.

Because there isn't anything like that. I have no idea whether you mean block or what, but there's nothing that will generate you bitcoin or money or whatever for free.

There is software that generates Bitcoin Phrases randomly, but not all that it generates belongs to an actual wallet, some might be new or empty wallets if you know what I mean.

By 'bitcoin phrases' I think the OP means BIP39 mnemonics. They're trivial to generate - here is one tool: https://iancoleman.io/bip39/

There is NOTHING like Bitcoin phrases. In crypto, there are wallet phrases, which are wallet recovery phrases.
But, yeah, there are still suckers born every minute, who are adamant to get scammed, no matter what. The gullible suckers, will download and use a "free Bitcoin phrase" generator and after using it a dozen times, these gullible suckers will see a message like "Congratulations, your attempts have reached a Bitcoin phrase which matches 90% and you need to "upgrade" now in order to get the full Bitcoin phrase" .... and there will be a crypto (Bitcoin) address to send crypto to and gullible suckers, will go ahead and send crypto and get NOTHING in return and their crypto sent will be GONE FOREVER.
There are suckers born every minute, who are greedy too, so they believe such things like "Bitcoin phrase" generator and then they get scammed.

I just sit in my private jet refreshing keys.lol all day, no need for the phrase when you have the private key already.
