You can buy from coinbase.. Just register an account and buy using your creditcard.

i got loads of exchange option , i got my own account with all coins .
you just top up the account and exchange what you need .
that easy
many use it on here , you can order a card if getting paid via any coin aswell .
it £1 a month to have the account and works flawless with any atm.
just need proof via picture , to get fully activated.
card comes 4 days later .
i was advised getting it and told is very safe , so i am giving it a go!

No it's not allowed. 3.3 Activity that involves Currency Trades or Exchanges (Example: Exchanging PayPal for eGold money)

It all depends which payment method you have, if you have credit card you can go on any exchange and buy them with low commissions. If you just have PayPal try localbitcoins or paxful.
