Just found this website its live from India https://btcxindia.com (I am not aff with them) , So Bitcoin is allowed in India now ? Any one from India trading bitcoin legally ?

I dont know whether its been allowed in India or not but it has just been allowed in Bangladesh- couple of months back. central bank should send out some notification in the case of bitcoin investment in India.

can open an account in india . ,but access ? have the issue with that. I am not sure..

Yes, its allowed. Unocoin is also another good exchange but they are not good for short term trading. I have been trading at bitstamp and unocoin for a while.

Virtual currencies have been legal in India, the RBI only has issue a warning about the risks of it.

AFAIK, bitcoins are not legal in India; but no one taking any action against it.

Do it on your own risk.

It is legal, it is just RBI sent out some instructions so that we should not be a part of money laundering etc months ago

Yes, it is allowed. You need to submit all your documents to btcxindia before they allow you trading.

Who cares? The point of bitcoin is that you can use it even if it's not allowed.

What's the meaning of using bitcoin if not anonymous ?
Anyway, I might accept bitcoin as a reward but I won't put my real money in it.

This is the reason bitcoin is dropping. Take the anonymous part out and watch it fall even farther. No financial place will buy it now and we can see the effects.
