Seeing the current situation, I would like to share something:

Well, I'm not new in crypto and i would like to give a little impression, in case anyone is interested.

Bitcoin failed, that is a reality, at least as a transnational safe value. We saw it with covid in 2020, where it hit highs, and really we should be even higher now. The economy is sinking, a big country printed more money than it should, there is a panic about the future of our world, with cold war between China & Russia vs US & friends, and at the end of the day, Bitcoin can be a store of value, like gold, but transnational and easy to transport, so when things go wrong, you can have a safe haven in Bitcoin.

But no, everything has fallen, so Bitcoin cannot be considered a store of value, it follows the direction of the markets, the markets that have eventually led us to this situation of uncertainty. The markets controlled by people who are now richer because, after all, all that money that the country prints goes to the rich. And if I were rich, and I see that there is an exorbitant inflation, why would I invest my money in something volatile like Bitcoin, which is not a store of value. I can earn 7% or 8%, well, I would be losing money. So instead I would sell my Bitcoins and buy real estate.

So, in short, what do I expect? The value of Bitcoin comes from the community, so as long as people continue to believe we will not go anywhere. The new generations grow up with crypto and they will surely buy crypto before a stock, right now, the world talk about crypto, more poeple come, so it will not disappear or will go to 0. And talking about community, we are at a point where the entire community expects a rise, more people will come wanting to earn money, institutional money may come because they also want to be part of the cake, and we will see good days again.

That is my summary impression, I hope it has not been boring for you.

If this is your opinion then you are definitely new to crypto. This has happened countless times with Bitcoin. It is its nature. It never was and never will be at a steady value. And if you know how to spot patterns, you can benefit greatly from cryptocurrencies.

Okay???
We're at 22k, we were at 18k in 2020, 2 years ago. You're not gonna get 2x and 3x+ returns in anything other than crypto.

If a crypto winter scares you then this is clearly your first bear market lmao. Thanks for being my buy signal

It is not my first winter, nor will it be the last. As you can see from my vision, I am buying, I am not afraid, on the contrary.

Institutional money is the last to enter, not the first, they do not enter 2, 10 or 20K. And yes, crypto is not the only market that can make a profit.

I could agree, they are cycles. But I am giving an in-depth assessment, not limiting myself to people drawing lines on a graph. I am not trader, short term not mind me, maybe if I try i will lose.

This is no in-depth assessment. It's just arrogance from a very narrow minded perspective. Just because you made some bad investments doesn't mean other people do. You live and you learn or you overreact. And right now you are overreacting, that's not how you learn from your mistakes.

This can be said about literally any asset, whenever trust is lost in an asset, bad things happen for the investors/hodlers.

This price action is rather normal if you ask me.

USD has failed too, wen rugpull?

anyone who thought crypto would keep going up during a recession was deluded

the recession is affecting literally everything, and crypto doubly so bc it's volatile by nature

stop worrying and love the bomb.

everyone who thinks btc is going to zero can kiss my middle finger. At the end of the day, shitcoins will all go way but not BTC.

Who talked about if i lost or won money? I am talking about BTC and why i think that failed. If u see cryptos like buy price A and sell price B maybe you should not lose your time with this topic :)

Bitcoin gives investment confidence to large investors, that is also reflected in the community.

USD did not fail, the government failed that thought it was a good idea to print money without control, and now it says, well, maybe we were wrong, but they do not return the money and now, citizens with fewer resources must live worse, because certain people were wrong. They say it's because of the war in Ukraine, but let's be honest, since when has a war in a European country had so much influence on the United States?

Bitcoin is not an investment asset. It's misused by idiots who try get rick quick. Period.
We are talking about Bitcoin, no Shitcoins :)

The protocol works regardless of Bitcoin price.
This doesn't make any sense LOL

The price of gold goes up, so perhaps something like this could have been expected in Bitcoin. When things go wrong, countries could use Bitcoin as a store of value.

Countries could use CBDC, not bitcoin. Traditional cryptocurrency is here for different reasons. Check web 3.0 and web 5.0.

Btc is not dead , even after its the correction which occurs , but the rich and becoming richer and the poor and becoming poor !

It may take time for it to bounce back this time but it will bounce back. Market's confidence is going to be low for a long time. It's being speculated that the world may face what we did in 1920s. The great depression. Hope that doesn't happen but we've been sprinting towards a recession/possible depression for a while now.

If you talk about traditional cryptocurrencies and WEB 3.0 or 5.0 or X.0, you have missed. If you talk about WEB 3.0, you should mention AVAX or ADA, but not BTC.

Web 3.0 still needs to fix a lot of problems, so it's not a short-term thing.

Yep, I mentioned that before :)

That's right, that's why I think that as much as it seems that things are bad, in the end, we will see better days again

In summary, bitcoin hasn’t failed. It’s just a new level of opportunity opened to people who can discern
