Perhaps people overleveraging, CEXes printing USDT and using it to back leveraged crypto trading (so basically generating fake crypto in users balances) and Evergrande default (people have to sell off crypto to cover their asses elsewhere). Just a guess.

I have been loosing so much money testing crypto trading. Lost 700$ in 1 night because of this crash. Feels like it is not for me.

You don't lose until you sell. Don't sell now, hold for a long time and you will see nice gains. It doesn't matter if BTC crashes 20% in a day, think of the long term.
