Since we are at the end of the year I wanted to create this thread for everyone to give his bitcoin prediction for 2020.
So like every year I will show last thread prediction so we can see who guess it right (but I didn't create one last year) but starting from next year I will start to do (if I still alive)

  • March price will be :
  • June price will be :
  • October price will be :

OP a poll would've been nice with different ranges, I am leaning towards 20K

On the one hand, the next halving is going to be in 2020, though on the other hand, the effects of prior-halvings were delayed of about one to one and half years thus there is no "mathematically proven event" which would reason such a increase in bitcoin prices. Moreover, a few of the biggest mining companies have stated that if Bitcoin will sink two to three thousand dollars and keep on going with this level, they'll stop farming as it wouldn't be worth from a business point-of-view (especially regarding the upcoming challenges with the next halving).
In my opinion, with the current public knowledge available, I don't think that Bitcoin will skyrocket (50%+ increase), it'll probably stay the same course or gain ~10%+- (speaking long-term as there will be some spike months), but if the price decreases too much (20%-) I think the "bubble" will crash to a long-time low point of two to four thousand dollars.

Next year won't be that different. Probably there'll be an increase 2-3 years from now.
  • March price will be : 7k
  • June price will be : 6k
  • October price will be : 9k

Price dips around $6k after halving in June and then next bull run starts towards end of year bringing it to ~$50k.

I think it will go 3.5k next year before heading back to 7k to 10k end of the year 2020
