1. I've blasted it. (with xrumer)
2. I've built constant links to it
3. ping'd it constantly after built links
4. built statistic website links
5. managed to link exchange from website to website
6. attempted PPC
7. have constantly built website content

and yet, I still can't get much activeness

can anyone help?

Hi Obay,

Your site content is a very important part of the process. You can build tens of thousands of links if you want but if your content is not relevant to the keywords you are targeting you're not going to get any great result (except if you're targeting some kind of long tail keywords with low competition of course)

I see, the content is again as I said it's updated daily on a daily basis, a lot of bots have decided to come on the forum increasing forum traffic, however not many real visitors. or UV. all search engines .

But what kind of content are you putting on the site? Is it possible to see it?

The site doesn't seem to have any real apparent focus, just all over the place. Try pushing on some specific niches on facebook or something.
