Give things time. You cannot expect anyone to familiarize themselves to any new forum in a few weeks. Even when the forum design was changed like some time ago, I too felt weird for some time. Explore the forum, understand the rules and participate in discussions. Keep doing this until you are comfortable with everything

I don’t really understand this website. Is it for information and talk with other entrepreneurs.

Start by reading the very first DM you got upon creating your account. That will go a long way in explaining where to start (i.e. with the terms and rules and then going through the different posts and sections in Newbie Guide).
From there, if you're an expert or at least knowledgeable about social media, you can go poke around in the different social media sections and answer questions. Or, make a thread if you have a question that hasn't already been created about the subject (tip: use search to find threads about something you're interested in).
And don't commit the cardinal sin around here, trying to advertise or sell outside of the allowed places.
