Bit confused over web 2.0 as tier 1

Hello,
would anyone mind please telling me which of these is the right way:

Suppose I have 3 sites and I want to build say 10 web 2.0s as tier 1's. Should I:

a) build 10 web 2.0s for each site (so 30 in total)
b) build 10 web 2.0s in total and have a high quality page on each for each of my money sites.

I guess what I'm asking is whether it's better to build up your web 2.0 blogs into bigger sites, keeping adding content onto them over time, and using them for links to any future sites, or is it better just to start from scratch each time and make new web 2.0s?

Do older web 2.0 blogs etc gain any additional trust etc?

Depends on your keywords, are they similar?
One tip don?t forget to use proxies to cover your footprint!!

no the keywords will probably be quite different.

Do you need to use proxies when setting up web 2.0s?
 
If the keywords are in completely separate niches then you'll want to create new accounts on the web 2.0 sites. If they're the same (or similar) niche then you could just make multiple posts on the web 2.0s and you'd be fine.

You do that even if the sites are hosted on the same ip?
 
In my opinion, it's best to build a web 2.0 with 2 or 3 articles with just one link in all 3 articles.

Build 10 web 2.0's to each Money Site.

And yeah, web 2.0 blog gain additional trust with time.
 
Create each web 2.0 account with a different IP. (Obviously if you're going to using a different email address to create a new account from the same host, you don't want your IP to be the same).

I've read it's recommended to create a specific keyword driven article, but is also encouraged to make a more generalized but same niche article just to bulk out the web 2.0 account.

Agreed. If it's not in the same niche, don't use the same web 2.0 account.
 
My opinion is to create web2.0's on different site with addons some images related to your keyword and video and give links to your site. It will help to increase the serp movements, instead of adding pages in the same blog.

Don't use proxies. That is really bad a suggestion. How will google trace your ip if you are making web2.0s? I would advice to make 1 web2.0 and put 3 articles on it. That way it will get higher value for your seo. It would also require less energy for indexing them.
 
It's not about Google gaining account records from web 2.0 hosts. it's about ensuring you don't create multiple accounts from the same web 2.0 service only using different email addresses.

If he only creates one account on each host, it's clearly not an issue.

If you're criticism is about Google footprints, then I don't see why you'd suggest creating 3 articles from one account, linking each to one of his sites hosted from the same IP. It was already stated if it's the articles would be in the same niche, then relevancy isn't the primary concern or issue.

Stating "Less energy" doesn't make it a smart move.

I was thinking it was for Google (the IP addresses) but of course what you say makes perfect sense not to stand out to the web 2 companies.

I'll just restart the hub every time I'm going to visit them so I get a new IP address.
