Bing/yahoo SEO

Anyone can advice me on how to get higher rankings on the Bing/yahoo network?

I am ranked on second page for my 4 main keywords but that gives little traffic (but converts well)

Bing and Yahoo are not market leaders in search. Therefore they follow Google in many of its practices. So many of the things you have done to your site to please Google will also be good for the others. That being said, some of the other engines have different algorithms that focus more on certain elements that Google may not.
