Bing / Yahoo Business Local - How?

Everyone talks about Google business listing strategies but I can't much on Yahoo or Bing. How to get #1 on the Bing or Yahoo local listing? Anyone knows?

Two websites are already on page one on yahoo / bing but not on their business listing.

Well it is similar to G places, you start with getting a verified listing with Bing & Yahoo local.

Thanks Andrew. I actually bought a service from you Andrew. It seems that its a bit different since I'm all over bing and yahoo but yet, i'm not even in the first 10-15 results in most of the local biz results but I'm on first page for many for same keywords. Any other ideas?

In my experience I get no local leads via bing/yahoo and I advertise on those platforms.
Google dominates local.
