Bing wont accept my payment method even after deducting amount from it

I live in Pakistan and I have a payoneer debit card. I emptied the card of any balance but $2 so that it may help me with verification. When I added the card along with all the required details, error returned saying my method could not be authorized and that I should contact my card company. I checked my payoneer account and found that $1+ amount had been deducted.

I then bought a vcc with zero balance in it but bing wont accept it either.

What could the problem be?? anybody else experienced this?

The transaction will be reversed in a few days if that happens. Use a Credit Card instead.

I dont have a credit card. VCC should have worked fine i think.

Oh great you are really helpful dude....

bing does not accept vcc or payoneer you need a REAL cc

That deducted money was a payoneer fee? Bing has never charged me a dime for adding credit card.
Either get a real credit card from your bank or buy pre-made bing account.
