If you want to pay someone to do the work for you, you can post in hire a freelancer forum to request that. However, please note that you cannot pay for someone to teach you as that would be a form of mentoring, which is not permitted on bhw.

Definition of mentoring: Mentoring is a relationship between two people with the goal of professional and personal development. The "mentor" is usually an experienced individual who shares knowledge, experience, and advice with a less experienced person, or "mentee."
That is against the rules here.
The sharing of knowledge freely is not. Neither is the selling of PDF books in some cases, which is not mentoring because it’s not facilitating a personal relationship with the goal of a learning.
