I want an expert at bing seo to consult my firm for best practices. I have a large budget to for the right person.

I dont wan't techniques that are commonly known to work for all search engines.

I want consulting specific to bing/yahoo.

If these techniques hurt google rankings I don't care I am not after that traffic source.

I don't know who would self-proclaim themselves as Bing or Yahoo experts, but I certainly wouldn't trust them and even less give them any of my hard earned cash.
