Bing Search performance suddenly dropped

What happened to my site in the Bing Index? Did anyone encounter similar before? It was performing fine, slow but steady growth until suddenly dropped to abyss. Any way to figure out what has caused this? Any way to appeal?

I’d check is whether they rolled out any updates recently that could've impacted your niche. Also, have you looked at your backlinks?

I checked messages. The only is the following:

I thought I had reasonable number of quality backlinks. But maybe not so in Bing eyes. How can I improve my backlinks in the quickest way?

This prb is may be due to system updates or technical problem.
