I am having problems with bing search engine. They are not indexing my pages. What kind of backlinks should I build? How do I rank in Bing now? I am ranking in google but not in bing. I want bing since google has a lot of manual reviews. Thanks.

You need far greater patience with Bing. Bing is equivalent to a puppy; the dog is Google. Bing is slower and therefore takes longer to find your links and rank your site. Take my advice and forget about Bing. Consider anything you get from them a bonus, not an achievement.

With a market share of around one third in the US (Bing + Yahoo) it's as oblivious as it can get that there is money to be made. I haven't done any SEO targeted at Bing and Yahoo myself so I don't have a lot of advice to give except that EMD domains seem to do well in Bing and I think SEO Power's statement is ridiculous.

I've got a emd and ranked page 1 on bing in a week. But only 80 ms.

I guess if you find a keyword with a emd and lots of searches on bing its a goldmine

I've been doing IM and making very little for years now and i've never ranked on google or big.

I only ever tried to rank for local and yahoo is a pain in the ass with their maps listing because they go through yext and im just now trying to rank a maps on bing but as for as organic I can't seem to crack either. I'm going to try my business out by using yahoo and bing ads on seperate pre paid phones and see how they convert. I'll let you know what i find out.

Build more backlinks from higher authority sites...Keep in mind that Bing is usually a lot slower than Google...

I never understand why people got serious about Bing?
Index your site on Google thats enough.

Some of my review sites got taken down by google. I make money with google but sometimes I get a bad manual review and my site gets deindexed.
I have 3 webpages in Bing ranking number 3 to 7 and they have been making $3k per month for almost 3 years now. I would really rather rank in Bing than in Google right now.
Even if each webpage only makes 1 per day in bing, it would be better investment for me rather than google.

I will try what somebody suggested and build more authority backlinks but would really love a better strategy or solution rather than something vague like that.

@dragonrage01 you can literally google how to rank on bing. The best thing about bing is they tell you what they want im not going to give you direct links there is plenty online they have a whole forum if I recall on what there changing. All you need to know is that bing and google rank differently. Backlinks are more important with google but not when it comes to bing.

If you ranked on google before then you will know all about webmaster tools.... .well bing has it's own. Sign up and upload your site.
