Hi, Bing has deindex my website without giving me any notice or message in bing webmaster. I asked the matter on their support but each time they send me different Bing helping articles links I read them and check I am already following each points which they mention. I checked seo reports and fixed errors, updated robot.txt, resubmited sitemap, disavowed spamy backlinks, updated php and wp version but still my website is not indexed. Can anyone assist me to solve this?

The problem is with the content.
How exactly, I am not sure. Bing excluded two of my blogs too.
On one of them, half of the content was from expired domains. Seems they don't like that.
The other one had like 30% of the articles translated from my language to English. Either they picked up on that, or I'm not sure what happened.
Both of the websites were added to their webmaster tool, which I am sure they use to correlate on your other blogs too.
The reason I say this is because I have a few spam blogs too, with thousands of pages indexed in bing, and they never excluded it. But they are not added to their webmaster page.
Imagine if Google would be this picky.

Your spam blogs they were never added to webmaster page?
So how did they index them? I was thinking that they read the sitemap you add on their webmaster tools

Bing auto indexed them from pingback backlinks due to me linking to a lot of resources from the content. I never added the domain to webmaster page.
Also, from what I've seen in my access logs, after some time, bing auto detects your sitemap. I get 4-5 hits on my sitemap daily from bing without me ever asking.

You don't add it to google webmaster tools also?
Did you tried to re-index your excluded blogs on bing again? What worked to you to re-index your site?

Same here, happened to me once 3 months ago aprox. Managed to get it back on same ranking positions as before after 1 month of reviewing.
Then like month ago again, guy told me to remake my site and just pasted some links how it should look etc...
I have a lot of negative SEO , bad links to my site. In first support ticket I asked if thats the reason and if I should disallow those. And they told me there is no need doing that.
Now they dont answer for more than 2 weeks

Have you tried contacting bing support? Was it a pure white hat site? I would work on changing layout, content and then resubmit it
I tried to contact them but, to my every ticket they send me different Bing helping articles links. And then when I reply to the same email with proof that "I have not broken any rule", then there is no reply from them. And again I create a new ticket, again the same!
And yeah its pure white hat site and most of posts with very high difficulty keywords are ranking on the first position of the google.

Same problem with two sites that have authentic content and it works perfectly with Google and Adsense, which complies with everything it asks for in terms of policies. The usual answer is the following:

Bing constantly prioritizes the content to be indexed that will drive highest users satisfaction. Please review our Bing Webmaster Guidelines, to better understand criteria for most valuable content.

i encountered this also. so far i tried to manually resubmit links for indexing, and also resubmit the sitemap. my sites are not spammy, but they are not completely legal either, in some countries..
i think bing has some kind of team that works to delist sites that are spammy and/or illegal. they have an alert system that catches sites that start instantly getting traffic, possibly because they are in this field where lots of more prominent sites have been delisted, so search algorithm kinda attacks these new sites, starts showing them on SERPS, which triggers a signal and site goes thru machine and possibly manual validation, certain keywords probably set off alarms and maybe manually they finally decide to delist.
google delists websites too, especially last couple of years, but there needs to be a report, which you cannot reply to, but still you know who asked and what pages got thrown out. BUT if you simply 301 delisted pages to new different URLs, they eventually (1-5 days) get back into google. the more this happens, the less is the respect from google to your site, eventually it may be indexed, but won't show up on any searches, except "site:domain.com".. in any case, because i don't want google to see any redirects it doesn't need to know about, i have specifically concocted a detect mechanism for bing on some of my sites that are delisted in bing, did new URLs (for my sites have 1-20 pages, easy with php), and new sitemaps specially for Bing, this happened 1 weeks ago, actually did it for quite a few websites, and so far 1 has returned to bing, got reindexed, but honestly i am not sure if it was my doing, because indexed URL is old, not the new one i made specially for bing.. well, now i wait and see..
a quick solution would be to simply make a new domain with same website/content, and bing will gobble it up, but it may last a few days, may last a month, eventually they will delist it simply because it already set off their algorithms - it will happen again..
