Hello,

I tried to add coupon to my account and I got this message

This offer is not eligible for payments made by check, bank transfer, or other offline payment methods. To redeem this coupon, you need to use a credit card or debit card (not available in India) as your primary payment method.

the problem in the coupon or bing change TOS ?

Yes, Bing has some restriction for using promotional coupons.

It need Card or Paypal verification before using any coupons.

Yes, Bing has changed their TOS. You can't add vouchers on Bing ads account without attaching your Credit/ Debit Cards/ Paypal account. So, in order to redeem the coupon on your account, you must add the prefect payment method on your account (as I described before).

interesting... If you add a paypal, does it need to be verified?
 
I am getting problem to Add Paypal

1 ) We were not able to add your PayPal account as a payment method. Please make sure that the information you entered is correct
2 ) We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)

Will anyone Please Suggest me how can i Avoid this Errors
 
Have you linked any funding method to your paypal account, like a vcc, or having enough money in there for BingAds to do its stuff? BingAds must be able to charge a couple of bucks to verify...then it cancels the charge...
 
Yes I am Added VCC to Paypal as Payment Method and Have more than $3 in Card.But getting Same Issue.One of my Friend Using Same Type VCC in Paypal but not getting "We were not able to add your PayPal account as a payment method. Please make sure that the information you entered is correct" ..Very less Time he got

Need Suggestions to Avoid this type Error
 
Hmm...Maybe it verifies the name in the account and the country. Make sure that these are fit to the details you have given to BingAds. Another possible issue may be if the Paypal Account is verified or not.
 
Yes i am taking care Name,Country,Address And One of my friend not getting same issue but me getting this error continuously
