i have little over 2500 links indexed at night its around 200 its every day like that. whats up with that??

I wouldn't worry too much about how many links are getting indexed. Just build the links and let google find them naturally. Your real concerns should be movement in the serps and conversions on your site.

With Bing that is quite normal Im afraid, we see that quite often in alot of our sites with bing.
