Bing + Paypal linking (error)

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow.

Anyone have any ideas? Paypal + Bing verified, phone verified, email verified, etc. Is the paypal account under an immediate review? Should we wait, before adding this to the bing acc?

Still struggling with this? So, you need to create US accounts ONLY, using the only VPN services that work. This info i cannot share in public and for free, sorry mates...
 
Yes I am in the United States (California). I make the paypal account, verify email, link the card. Sometimes ill phone verify, I'd say 1:10 might work, if that.
 
I've been doing Bing ads the last few months and it is difficult to determine where Bing is verifying on. Some of my accounts got banned and other approved whilst I used the same setup. Sometimes paypal verification gets through and sometimes not....
 
this is a common error but in my experience tha problem could be vcc or ip hoping you can resolve this issue if you later need bing coupons add me sk: jair.amaral6

Getting bing account is now very tough. Have created some account but it was so difficult. Success ratio 4:10.
 
I had the same error, when I tried linking my own accouunts I sourced for help but found none, eventually I Quit.
 
bing are getting smarter these days, i have now switched to facebook its so much easier
