It's an interesting technique to target keywords not relative to your niche, however, there are some things which, in my opinion, does not correspond to reality. At the end of the video affiliate panel shows more clicks than Bing provided. Usually, those control panels show less traffic then clicks provided from advertising system.
No offense, but your opinion doesn't mean much if you didn't realize that Bing is notoriously slow in reporting (hours), which in turn is the reason for that discrepancy. Aside from that, the point of the vid is to show another way of looking at building campaigns...to allow people to get an idea from it and maybe create their own unique method. The vid was actually 47 minutes long and came with landers, keywords and ad copies. I edited it down in order to give people a spark rather than a lit torch.

I only see 1 possible flaw in this method.
A ton of un-targeted traffic will get you a ton of unconverted clicks if you are going for a specific niche beside Sweepstakes - Giveaways - Email/Zip submits etc.
Those might work on this kind of broad traffic because who dosent want free stuff, but for other niches i guess it would require a lot of A/B testing before hitting even or getting a decent ROI.
For example if you found a way to convert health/loans niche on this traffic than you would easily make more than 300-400$ a day.
Just my 2 cents maybe i am wrong and will definitely test it out.

Most sweeps these days you need a pre-lander/splash. SOI email submits where it looks like the person can actually win something can work directly.
Be careful with some sweeps at MB (particularly win a Samsung/iPhone). They are very long surveys and some are offers within offers (the advertiser is running his offer and at the end sends you to another offer).
Yes, submit offers will be easier to convert (provided a network/advertiser won't shave hard) versus traditional offers. Depending on the niche you can find opportunity/profit so long as your lander is compelling enough. For me it was focusing on car insurance more than anything. Had a few different approaches to my lander but they all had stories which would be told via video. One approach was to show my vehicles and then walk into my office to show the policy on the computer (with altered numbers to demonstrate how much I saved). Another approach was to pretend I had "insider knowledge" from being in the business for years and to shock people with information on how they're being taken advantage of. Here's an example of that lander:
Regardless of offer type, I could never crack 300-400 a day due to my bids being so low and only being able to spend 75-100/day. Adwords would solve the traffic problem, but this doesn't work for them since their campaign/keyword review process is a lot stricter (at least it was for me).

It might be worth looking at COD offers (AdCombo/TerraLeads) using this method in non-English geos. Adwords is a major source of traffic at the moment for some affiliates who are able to get COD campaigns approved that would never be approved in English.

anyways I have a question, do I need A/B testing for submit offers till I find winning campaigns? or basically, any keyword with high volume would probably work since most of the people want something free ^^ (sorry if it's a newbish question!)

that sparked some ideas.
i think tech support offers will work good too. especially on news related keywords since that's what the old ones mostly search bing for i'm sure. and tech support would be a nice niche for old ones.
Pay per Call would actually be perfect for this.
This would actually be great for lead generation as well.
But it's been a while i haven't used bing. From what i've heard now whenever you make a new campaign or change a new campaign, your ad goes under manual review. Obviosuly one of the ways this CAN be over come is if you set up a whitehat campaign with related keywords to your offer and after you pass manual review, you redirect your domain to your offers landing page while blocking bing spiders later. but have yet to try that out.
would appreicate if you update me on the bing manual review and how you pass it.
