The page contains 'noindex' directive either in a meta tag or HTTP header. If you want this page to be indexed and appear in Bing search results, you must remove the tag or HTTP header from the page.

I got on the source code on my site and i dont find any of these problems. There is no "noindex" in the header or meta tag.

Can someone help please?

@havor99 Make sure that there really isn't "noindex". You can use tools like the Bing Webmaster Tools or other SEO tools to check the headers and meta tags of your page.

Check your web server configuration. This could involve looking into your .htaccess file (for Apache servers), your nginx.conf file (for Nginx servers), or any server-side scripts that might be adding HTTP headers dynamically.

already did, i check extern tools, but nobody found any problems! the live tool from bing also says there is no problem, and indexing is possible

If the domain was used before - Bing can have some fake information in their cache.
Contact support.

Happened to me. Tried to spam support & everyone from Bing on X. Eventually it got fixed somehow. Not sure, maybe it was just random
