Bing Copies Google, Google Copies Bing

Why is it when major corporations blatantly steal ideas its accepted even looked upon as a "Good Business Move" but when IM's steal idea's it's "Copyright Infringement."

Dam Double Standards.

It depends on who is stealing what from who and how much can they afford to tie things up in the legal system versus what they stand to gain by winning/losing a court case.

Thats why giants typically only crush the little guys & gals.
