blackjack's cloaker is good, any of the major cloakers will be able to handle Bing. It just comes down to what features you need & how much you're willing to pay.

I use my own cloaking technique (not software) to run ads in bing ads, but I run ads for others, I do not share my cloaking methods.
Do you need to run your ads this way ?
ZERO upfront, initially on first day, I make ads go live (no upfront charge, no set up charge, etc) and then ads live daily, you pay me daily .... that simple

Blackjack, Fraudbusters are the best cloakers in industry. Most of my clients are using these 2 & they never got any problem with my Bing accounts & their ads.

Buddy its the same that a Google cloaker (there are lots) but you have to indicate the bing bots
