Bing and Yahoo doesnt index my site...

Hello guys
I have a question. I have opened a site about 1 week ago but yahoo and bing doesnt index it even i sent the bing webmaster tools sitemap. Yahoo indexed just a page from my site and it was just like that xxx.com/wp-admin ^^
Do you have any tricks ?
