I did a test run with top selling product in Clickbank on diatetic product.

After running a campaign got 412 clicks spend $100 and guess how many sell i got? Only 2

That means not even 1 sell in 100 click. anyways I better find a good niche, then try it again.

Did you use LP or directly redirect to the offer?

If you buy a bing account which already have 115$ budget for 20$ then after your budget run out you still got big amount of income.

I'd say for your first attempt you actually did well. You should have sent them to a landing page first, captured the emails so that you can market to them in the future. 2 sales from 412 clicks would have probably ended with more had you captured their email address. Also, aim for one sale per 150 clicks, not 1 sale per 100 clicks. Scale, build list, profit, repeat.

did you exclude the mobile traffic? Looks like a pretty cheap cpc for the diet and weight loss market, which makes me suspect that you got a lot of mobile traffic that is much cheaper but converts less.

Did you have a opt in page and a funnel set up to make additional sales after the user leaves and does not buy?

Us successful IM'ers make 90% of sales after someone visits our page and does not buy....because we have funnels and drip mails set up to engage them in buying a few days later, even up to a month later.

This is how I set up my campaigns from Bing

    1. Create a simple landing with opt in box
    2. Offer a free video or pdf to get the user to sign up.
    3. After user signs up, send to a thank you page and auto redirect them from there to the affiliate offer ( or you can do it right away but i like letting the user know they did it correctly and the bonus is on its way)
    4. More than likely they wont buy, which is the case 90%-95% of the time. That is ok AS LONG AS YOU DO THESE NEXT STEPS!~
    5. Before I launch my campaign I create at least 30 days worth of follow ups (this is why getting their email is so important)
    6. Each day, they will get one of these emails from me. I do a mix of soft sell emails, no sell emails (just provide good information) and hard sell emails (you need this now because....)
    7. I tend to make the first week of follow ups no sell emails (mix in 1 or 2 soft sells emails) as this tends to create TRUST with your new subscriber.

In the meantime you will need to track your keywords and ads in Bing to weed out the non profitable keywords and scale up the spend on the profitable ones (using software such as prosper 202 or something like that )

There you have it. Follow this format and you will be sure to have a profitable campaign.

This is why so many affiliates fail, because they pick a product, throw some ads up on Bing and direct link to the product. No funnel, no keyword tracking and no landing page. 100% failure rate in doing it that way
