Is it possible to run a Affiliate Product(Clickbank) on Bing Without a Landing Page and Do you think I can still earn from it? I saw a old video in youtube is it still working until now?

Yes it is possible although most people on BHW will advice you to create a landing page.
Bing still allows this as long as you have no auto play video and exit pop up.

How to advertising on Bing ads ? Do you know where to buy bing ads account ?
 
I did that few years ago. Worked fine. Very easy method and intro to ppc game.
Trying to get ahold of bing account+vps+coupon vendors now. Seems they all closed up shop. All I c now are just coupon code sellers. If you got the hook up drop me a pm.
 
That's because most of them relied on the paypal method where you create a paypal account and add it to bing but recently paypal and bing became very strict about vcc and most vcc no longer works.
Also bing updates every few weeks and bans any vcc that people keep using so its upto vcc providers to stay one step ahead of bing.
