i would suggest you run offers such as Nutra Skin, weight loss, male enhancement offers. this still show some greenlight with Bing

That I am really not sure about. But I think it is worth testing Credit card submit offers might work.

If you are talking about Threshold accounts then check the marketplace. CPA offers works on Bing (sweep takes, skin).
