Of all the PPC networks Bing/Ads is the worst when it comes to charging customers. I cant make ass out of what they are doing. They run charges all over the place, when they see fit, that is. They run $1 charges separate from other charges and do it in a fashion that i cant identify it with my invoice. WTF! If you use this outfit for advertising be prepared to to get your credit card/debit card in my situation, RAPED!

Its utterly desperate of them. They really need to do something about it. Adwords has a better system. I add money to my account when i see fit. If there is no money there my ads don't run. Simple. WTF is wrong with these people?

They are desperate since Adwords takes the jackpot and they are left with leftovers. Besides, their traffic is a piece of shit

I feel the Yahoo!Bing network is still in growth. They do not has a good solid data and a proper bidding process when it comes to certain keywords. I feel that you should not be spending a lot of your bucks on this. Try to reduce your bidding prices. If you find the new tool uncomfortable to use then create an adwords campaign and export it. Set lower bids REMEMBER!!

Well actually the quality is not all that bad. I mean, today iv had more than a 440.00 roi day after spending 120.00. And there is still 5hrs to go till midnight so i should be able to get a few more sales. Its the charging i have to watch. On average im doing 200 - 300 p/d at the moment.

I had something similar happen to me with Bing. I actually placed a pause on my campaign, and was being charged after the campaign was on hold. I called the customer service number and explained to them what was happening, and the woman asked me why that was a problem. I told her that I didn't want to be charged for something I wasn't using.

She began to explain how putting the account on hold doesn't stop the campaign, and the only way to stop it was to spend all the money on the account. After this hold was put on the campaign, the charges on the account actually depleted the remaining money on the account without my go ahead, plus $20 extra! They tried to charge my card the extra for the overspend.I got on the phone again, and was given the same story. I never could get a straight answer as to how I could over spend on my frozen campaign.

So that was the first and last time I used Bing advertising.

I don't find too many random charges, however I find a ton of random refunds. I just got my credit card bill in the mail today and I had a single charge for the Bing Advertising, and then about 10 refunds from bing, ranging in amounts from $1 to $2, which I assume are from invalid traffic.

I put my campaigns on PAUSE, all of them at Bing before i went to bed last night. The same thing happened to me. I have 10 clicks while i slept and it led to 2 sales by chance but whats up with that? No ads running yet i see clicks in Prosper coming from bing?

I was thinking about giving bing a show. Ive used adwords and currently am pretty successful with fb. What are you paying for clicks on bing typically. do they offer a cpm option? and is it just text ads?

when used Bings PPC i had never had a problem with billing. I even talked with their reps for help using bing ads. They hooked me up with vouchers as well.

I had a great ROI and was so happy until they banned me :(

now if only i could start advertising with them again!

Bing is just full of shit, they do not have proper customer support. They charge a lot with fees, and they charge you which you cant identify them. Do prepaid. Thats the better solution. So they will only use the money which you deposited.

I had a problem with them also, but I sorted it out. However, their customer support is honestly clueless. They cannot perform any actions to your account. All they can do is put you on hold for a few days and let the software engineers figure out the problem.

I am back to using them though... very cheap traffic and great ROI I cannot pass on.

hmmm. Maybe I should hold off messing with them. But honestly looking at their numbers they get decent traffic. Might have to take the dive.
