Bing Ads Quality score 1

I started to promote offers with bing ads about 14 days ago, the first day i created 4 campaigns and in day 2 i started to receive clicks and my quality score was 4-6/10... but after 2-3 days all my campaigns got quality score 1. I deleted all campaigns and i made 3 new campaigns (now i redirect to a review site, not direct to offer) but i get quality score 1... and my ads dont appear... can anyone help me ? Thanks!

Happened to me too. After all the direct linking hype surrounding Bing around here I decided to experiment with it, and after a few days my QS dropped to 1 and now all new campaigns receive QS 1 as well. I think after a few days they get around to manually reviewing your account, and since you don't necessarily violate their TOS by direct linking, they simply give you a quality penalty on your account instead of banning you, which effectively ghosts all your ads.

I don't particularly care about Bing or that Bing account, so I haven't tried resolving it, but it's annoying that they give you a hidden penalty without any indication of a violation or resolution.

I am just starting and trying Bing ads with Clickbank, Good to know these things that you have mentioned..

If you started with such a low quality score, something was wrong from the beginning. I'm guessing your keywords and your landing page don't match very well for some reason. I'm direct linking to a landing page, and I'm also linking to a presell page provided by the advertiser. My quality scores are mostly 10/10, with a few 8/10. There are plenty of articles that explain how to get 8/10 and up from the very beginning.

That's what happens to companies who try to compete with Google, they become more and more like them - until the point that they don't care about their users either ;)
 
Now what to do? I have in account 120$...
 
Do your landing pages violate their TOS? Usual culprits are exit pop-ups...
