Bing ads problems lately

Anyone else having issues with Bing ads? I'm getting no impressions/clicks and in my accounts/billing section I get a "pending: new customer" error. Someone told me it's an update but I'm not sure.

It is, now every account is manually reviewed before ggoing live

They are reviewed by workers from China.

unfortunately it's not , I have created 10 accounts for the past 24 hours and all got the same thing you got
