Bing ads problem

Hi all. I create bing ad. via virtualbox+vcc, and use Microsoft developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/ image.
& vip72 proxy.With firefox web. no any extensions. Every accounts, the advertisment usually displays in 15 minutes or 2 hrs, but all of them were blocked the next day.
The VBox i am using are all clone, the Initialization all mac address was selected and use cclearner.

What kind of offer are you promoting?
There are many offers that Bing does't like e.g. weight loss which will easily cause your account banned.

If you are direct linking to that offer, you would probably get banned.
