Bing Ads Pending Forever – Need Advice

I bought an AdCenter account loaded with $150, split across 3 linked accounts ($50 each), no CC or VCC attached.
I created 2 ads, but they’ve been “pending review” for 5 days now. Feels like they’ll never go live without a proper payment method.
Has anyone run into this? Can ads actually be approved without adding a CC/VCC, or am I wasting time?

From my experience, Bing usually won’t approve ads without a verified payment method. Coupons alone don’t guarantee it.
 
5 days pending is already suspicious. Usually review takes 1–2 days if the account is fully legit.
 
Microsoft Ads (AdCenter) usually won’t let your ads go live without a valid billing method either a credit card (CC), virtual credit card (VCC), or some approved prepay option. Even if your account has a promo balance or credit (like your $50 per sub-account), the system still wants a verified payment method on file before releasing the ads.

honestly, bing is very tricky with those coupon-only accounts. most of the time, the system won't move your ads to "eligible" unless there is a valid primary payment method like a credit card or a real vcc attached.

bing usually verifies if there's a way to charge you once that $150 credit runs out. if you keep waiting without adding a card, it might stay pending forever or the account could get flagged for suspicious activity. i'd suggest adding a cheap vcc just to trigger the system, otherwise you're probably just wasting your time.

no cc no live bro.. add vcc or it stays pending forever.

wasting time bro, ads won't go live without a primary payment method linked, even with a balance. bing needs a card for "verification" or they'll just keep you in pending forever.
 
I would suggest add a payment method and check if there is any account verification pending because Sometimes ads stay in review because of account issue, not only payment.

Correct that is pretty common even if the account has a $150 balance microsoft ad often wants a valid payment method and identity checks before approving ads.
A 5 day review can happen but if there is no cc vcc attached the review may stay stuck until the account meets their verification requirements.
If i were you i would check the account for any verification or billing alerts instead of waiting because without clearing those the ads may never go live.
