Bing Ads PayPal Error

I've read & read here and otherwise to find out WHY bing does this but I haven't found a definitive reason. When I try to add a fully verified usa paypal (bank+cc+phone) to a bing ads account without the use of vouchers I am given this error every single damn time:


For the life of me I cannot figure out why. I've tried using FireFox, Chrome, & even IE. I've cleared cookies, used different IPs, masked browser fingerprints, all that sht. The accounts names and addresses match the fully verified USA paypal accounts. I've tried with 4 different paypal accounts. I have not tried to add any vouchers (obviously) since I can't get them to even accept my paypal.

I am NOT trying to game BingAds like I did in the past. I don't even want to use "coupons". I want to setup a LEGIT account with a payment method that will be able to pay the bill each time. I don't care about vcc's since I'm not trying to create multiple accounts for coupon abuse.

I don't get it AT ALL!! I used to create accounts in the past with ease with both vcc's and paypal but now I can't seem to even get a legitimate account going. I know the coupon game and their security has been upped a lot this last year but again I ain't tryin to abuse any coupons now.

Any help would be appreciated.

I was going to ask if you've moved in the last year or so and to change your Paypal address. The address you give Bing would have to match that of Paypal. Also to match it exactly: if you used St. in one place and Street in another, it could be a reason.

You've been banned before? Even if not, they've got you on their radar and consider you high risk. You could call and say you are sorry a lot but no guarantee it would work.

Back when coupon packs worked I used them but always had used proxies, vps, and hid all browser fingerprints etc. No relation whatsoever to my main legitimate account from home (I'm from the US). I never had my legitimate account banned during those times. I can't remember exactly how much but I had spent around 5k per month on the main account. I haven't used bing ads at all in the past year or so but before that I had been using them for 4-5 years. Last week when I tried to login to my main account there was a ban for "sending out too many spam emails" from my microsoft account or something which is why I'm trying to setup a new account.

There is no way that any prior use would be the cause of the problem now as I have tried 4 different names + addresses which match the fully verified paypal accounts from different residential IPs + 1 try with a VPS.

I'm wondering if there is some "trick I don't know about" since so many people seem to be selling accounts with a coupon + $50 threshold etc but seeing as how I am wanting to setup a legitimate account which I will be PAYING the bill when it comes due those throwaway accounts don't help me.

I'm about ready to just give up tryin to use paypal as a billing option and request a new check card and just use that. But I prefer to use paypal for all my billing because it makes it much easier come tax time.

I am still yet to find a solution to this. I've ordered a new check card but it wont be here for 7-10 business days.

I understand that some people may not want to publicly offer solutions so if there is anyone that knows why Bing Ads does this and can offer a solution I would be willing to pay. I really need to get a legit account up and running again because I had several profitable campaigns that I ran for years until I was unable to keep them going because of personal issues IRL.

Bing is really frustrating nowadays,I banked money through Bing several months before but now i couldn't make it.Still some peoples are getting success with some tricks..Hope they will help you to get sort out this.

to register an account bing. and around the block in the future. Only use clean VPS, VCC and domain name. Do not use the method of payment with PayPal

You obviously didn't read my post thoroughly. A vcc is not going to work. I am trying to setup a LEGIT account that will be able to auto-bill me successfully. I am looking to spend around 3-5k per month most likely when I get all my campaigns back running smoothly, so even if I found a reloadable type vcc that worked that would be a huge pain in the ass to keep re-funding and there would most likely be an enormous amount of fees.

Hey, I'm looking for the same thing. Legit accounts that can be billed auto. Did you find a solution?

If you know what you are doing, then creating accounts is not much of a problem. I have been doing it since last 2 years and know the in's and out of bing ads. They have a complex algorithm which triggers the ban as well as the card/paypal errors.
