Bing ads also began to fail, I use VPNs and proxies.

but America always gives 30 225 error.

Not all VPNs work OK for Bing...You need Residential VPNs...But failure maybe caused by so many factors, where someone to start...

Getting the vcc added depends upon lots of factors like quality of the ip, your PC, browser etc. If you know what you are doing, you can add almost every vcc.
