Bing ads Pay per call conversion problem

Hey guys,

hope everyone is doing good. Im having issues with conversions on bing ads. Have more then 100 clicks from targeted search terms and not even one conversion. I'm running a pay per call campaign and even my Call ad extension which received about 20 clicks led to 0 conversions as well. I thought maybe that it was my poorly designed website so I hired someone to make me a new one and still same results. Always the same thing, getting amazing search term clicks and literally 0 conversions.

If anyone can help me with this issue, I would really greatly appreciate it.

Is your landing page properly optimized?

I'm pretty sure, I ran bing ads campaigns for pay per call a few years back and never had a problem and the websites were never as good as the one I have now. Can I pm you the site if possible?
