Bing Ads or Adwords?

Hello, I'm looking to get into promoting my ads. I was wondering, which is better, Bing Ads or Adwords? Or, if one isn't better than the other, what good traits does each one have?

And how should I go about putting in my keywords? For example, if I had a money making guide, would I put in three different keywords ("money" "making" "guide"), or just one large keyword ("money making guide")? And for each of these, starting off, what's a decent sized budget to start off with?

Definitely Bing Ads. Try "money making guide". $50 - $100 is good enough to test the waters.

bingads is surely cheaper and better option to start with and adwords is surely something you would want to move on after you have some experience with bingads.
using a complete keyword like "money making guide" is must as it narrows the criteria and you get targetted audience

If you are promoting something legit and non-affiliate type, go for AdWords.
Otherwise, BingAds would be ok too.

i would say adwords is best to promote your ads, as the campaigns convert more better in adwords than bing.
