Bing ads not showing

This is my first campaign and having trouble getting it up and running.

Under the keywords tab all are showing as eligible but there is a ... there saying that ads are not showing because the account, campaign or ad group are paused.

Have checked from the top down and everything is enabled from Campain > ad group > ads.

My account screen is not showing any errors.

Any suggestions on where to check next?

Contacted support via chat and the rep was quite helpful, said it might take 4-5 hours more for them to start running, he was pretty close, about 5 or 6 hours later the ads finally started getting impressions and clicks again.
