Bing ads not accepting paypal

Hello
I was trying to make bing ads account for using coupon
Problem is bing is not accepting PayPal and maybe I am doing something wrong.
I click on 'connect to PayPal' then redirected to PayPal page which asked me to enter cc details which I did and clicked proceed -> processing and then its just stuck there and not moving forward.
Maybe the problem is in cc but I have successful added linked it to PayPal
Both bing and PayPal account is newly created and PayPal is linked to CC
Maybe I have to age account a little bit like 1-2 days?
Any suggestion? Please help me out

Yes I know PayPal payment is only available for USA users and I am using a good usa proxy for making account
 
Okay bing ads make a small withdrawal from paypal make sure that your cc has credit
 
As been pointed out, and you know and agree, Bing does not accept advertisers outside the US using Paypal as their payment option.

The fact you are using a proxy is irrelevant. Bing does not check the origin of your connection, proxy or not, but rather the info provided by Paypal. Obviously the address Paypal has on file is outside the US. That is what is being passed to Bing and they are saying sorry, we don't allow Paypal option.

Lol, I'm no noob at this
The address of both bing and PayPal is of US
Browser footprint, cache etc was cleared before creation

Try to add and verify your CC before attaching PP to Bing.

Cc is successfully linked to PayPal and now bing has banned my account
Maybe problem is in my IP and I need to get a private proxy
Can I use the same PayPal for my other account as it wasn't linked Bing yet

no you cannot, you'll be banned instantly
 
update:- This time I used a Private Proxy and a AWS VPS
PayPal + Bing - both having matching information like name, address etc
and I am still stuck! I contacted Bing support and they fucking banned me.
I still don't know what I am doing wrong. there is a small mistake and I need to figure it out.
can anyone help? maybe in private? I'm still having the same problem
any help will be greatly appreciated :)

i think the trouble is from ppl because is newly anyway uu can add me and we can see where is the problem comefrom skype" hunterboy0077
 
you need used old account PP for this. new account PP without transactions = alert for bing

paypal likned at bing 1 day after signing up at bing :)
