Bing Ads method question.

I was just thinking of a method for free Bing Ads which I am pretty sure is illegal and but I am surprised I never saw this anywhere:

1. Create a new Bing Ads account and add a PayPal account as your payment method.

2. This will make it PostPay up to $50 and once you run a campaign and your balance gets to $45-$49 you go to your PayPal account and cancel your Microsoft agreement in your preapproved payments so they can't charge you.

Just making sure this is illegal and stupid right? I just can't believe no one has posted this anywhere on the internet (or at least I can't find it).

1. If you have to ask if it's illegal, it probably is (especially since you would be cheating Bing out of money).
2. Only U.S accounts can use Paypal as a payment option, so if you're not if the U.S then this won't work.
3. I'm unfamiliar with Post-pay, but I'm pretty sure either that if Bing doesn't come after you for money, Paypal will.

Instead of using this method, just use that free $50 voucher from Bing (assuming it still works).

It's an old thread but i am interested in the method. Esp, i heard we can use upto $250 credit in free advertising iwth bing

This method wont work because paypal is very strict about this kind of thing. The only way you can get away with it is if the paypal is a fake one verified with a vcc.
So instead of this get a vcc and a $200 coupon and create a bing account. It will cost under $15 .
