Bing ads coupons fail.

Had a nice campaign running that was doing around $200. a week with bing. I went on a trip to disney with family and came home to find they put a hold on my account. I understand I didnt have the money in my paypal to pay them at the time they tried to get their funds. I contacted them and payed...well my account was still in the red after a week. I dont want draw this out, but it went on for a month or longer.......After They "bing" made it right. They also gave me a $50 credit.....Cool. I used this credit on the same exact campaign that was neting me $200 a week. But I have no conversions "none" and nothing has changed...Landing page or anything. Does this seem strange only to me?
