Bing ads campaign

Hello,
Does the age of the Bing Ads account affect the length of the review campaign we create? because every time I create a campaign on a new account that I created, it takes around 12 hours-24 hours for my campaign/ad to show, which is different when I use an old account, my campaign immediately shows in just a few minutes

New accounts: take Alot of time:)) it's like new born baby :D Microsoft have to take care of them ;') mature accounts doesn't need that'
 
oh no wonder every time I create a new account they always take time to display my ads

Yes, that's right, when I used my old account it only took 10 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes to display my ad1713269937409.jpg
 
I have some accounts from two years ago and they are doing well.
 
Yeah, it’s normal new accounts usually take longer to get approved becuse they’re still building trust, but older ones get faster approval.
 
Yes, the age of a Bing Ads account can affect the review process. New accounts may undergo a more thorough review, which can cause delays, while older accounts with a history may have faster approval and campaign activation
