Bing ads' billing problem

Hi BHW'ers.

I have BIG problem in putting my payment method in bing, The problem is i have only prepaid card and they need postpay card. Another thing, i'm not living in the US and they require that my paypal acc should be based on US. So now, Could you guys help me on how to pass this problem? Is there anyway to make a paypal acc in US even if i'm not in US? OR, there is any solution for that problem?

You would need to get a US PayPal account and fund it.

You can have an US paypal account but they if you want to verify it you will need some documents.

Op bing doesnt accept prepaids, I called them maybe last week and was told this by them. And as said before they only take paypal if you are from the States. I was only able to get around this using my own credit card choosing the "prepay" option so that i must manually load funds before it charges me. This way i was able to add a coupon after adding my cc

Very easy solution. You can create an US Paypal account without having any issue. How?

You need 3 things to create US Verified Paypal accounts (through you are not US):
1. VCC (Virtual Credit Card)
2. US Phone Number (Buy Google Voice Number from Fiverr)
3. Buy an US Bank account to verify your account.

Otherwise, you may be able to order a Payoneer Mastercard. Payoneer will give you Both US Bank Account Number & a Routing number. They will send you a mastercard to your mailing address. Just Use your real info with the paypal account & describe yourself as US (Sorry, its only educational purpose, I don't take any liability for this). You will get your Paypal account 100% verified. So, one your Paypal account is ready, link your paypal account with Bing ads. And Bing ads will take money from your Mastercard through Paypal. Easy!
