Bing Ads Banned... Need Help!

I've been through 3 accounts trying to advertise for legit local businesses. I've used a new IP and new credit card each time, but they automatically ban me after I submit billing info. Even after verifying the exact billing, they close the account.

Does anyone have a proven process to making accounts without getting banned? Will pay good money for valuable info. ;)

Same issue here. However my account gets banned after i create a campaign. If i submit billing info but dont submit any campaign then account doesnt get banned but account without an ad running is useless :)
Pm me ur skype i hop we can figure out a way.
 
Bing is detecting your card series. It happened to me earlier before few months. But after i changed the method, i used a virtual computer, a new virtual card from offshore banking, used completely new ip, and it worked.

Almost 90% vcc's are banned in bing and facebook. I figured out the solution for that. But i am trying to use it in right way. Well, your offer is interesting though. Why dont you add me at skype at brianventure.

May be we can plan out something :).
 
you have to use VIrgin VCC and virgin ip and that will be works fine..
 
anyone know if I can advertise the same websites that where in my old account that got closed??

That depends. There could be a flag on your domain that you'll not know about unless you get a nice account manager to check for you. If you have that flag (could be arbitrage or whatever you were doing that they didn't like) it's probably not worth it trying to get it removed. I had no success there and I feel like I was in a very good position to get it removed. Still didn't work though.
