Bing ads and TOS etc

Hi

I remember for Google you had to include a TOS and privacy policy etc to get a better score for your site when it come to Adwords. Does the same apply to Bing for a pre-lander that just redirects to the offer when a user clicks the link.

Including Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is always better at the Landing Page .

privacy policy is a mandate for both bingads and adwords I believe.

I actually built a site yesterday with a fixed landing page with no menu's etc but put some articles and TOS, privacy and about us so they could be found with the sitemap. Uploaded the sitemap to Bing and a few hours later ran an ad. I am now at position 2 in ads above the main search results and also position 2 below main search results. Not sure if having an indexed site boosts ads or not. Will see how today goes.
