If I completel advertisers verifications with my legal id and names can I attach card without getting suspended?

Yes. I suggest you use an anti-detect browser and link your PayPal on bing. It works for me

But Paypal isn't supported in my country what should I do I don't think bank transfer is good option

150$ minium payment and what if they suspend the account. Is it possible to add card for prepay would that results in less suspensions
Most of bans happen right after the account is created. If you dont have paypal i think you can try adding a card

In my case the the accounts are suspended after adding card I got message saying that I need to check my billing info

I recently had my first account blocked, so I'm looking at creating another account now. I will try this method to see if it will work for me. What will happen if I use the same address as my first account? Do you think it will get suspended?

Did you ever figure out a solution to this problem?

You should use an antidetect browser must and do it in bing.. and as PayPal is not available in your country, You can use Payoneer, they are almost same like PayPal. But I suggest to not use a card. you can also use a mobile proxy, if you are getting multiple bans.

I'm thinking to directly get a new cheap device and new wifi also if I do the advertiser verification first shouldn't adding card not be a problem? Or if get suspended if I do the advertiser verification first shouldn't the account get reactivated?

People say to use different payment method like PayPal or bank transfer to fix the suspension problem after adding a cards

I don't think you will get a ban if you use new device and new wifi. First do the advertiser verification.. But maybe the account will be suspended if you will not add payment options in 2-3 days.

But as it'll be verified account would adding card be a problem? Would that again lead to suspension?

Its kind of sad that people have to go through this much trouble to give a company money.

I've been trying since may 2021 bing really hurt my feelings and even traumatized me a lot hahahah

Have you tried any other advertising platforms? Like Google Ads.

Google was suspended me, but managed to create accounts, but I want bing because is much better for my niche

Maybe you can pay someone to run your Microsoft ads. I'm assuming it wouldn't be that much.
