BING ADS ACCOUNTS BANNED

Hello members i want to share something about bing ads which i am facing. If i create bing ads account and adding VCC to it Sucessfully, then in 15 minutes bing account getting banned. whether you put campaign to it or without campaign
Please share your views and suggestions. I am frustrate now

Hardly a big mystery... Either the BIN of the VCCs you're using is flagged, or the IPs you're using are blacklisted. Bing is next to impossible these days. Just because their system accepts your VCC doesn't mean much

Besides the vcc already possibly being blacklisted for prior abuse, what type of ip's are you using? Data center or residential?
